Our goal is to offer on-campus housing to as many meeting participants as possible at a range of price points and convenience. Nevertheless, the number of rooms are limited and we urge you to book early.

We have arranged for a block of 175 rooms at the conference hotel, the Luskin Center, which is also the venue for the science sessions, oral and poster. Single or Double occupancy rooms cost $269/night + tax; this is quite competitive with rates at comparable area hotels, especially considering that there is no need for transportation or parking. We have reserved 50 rooms for the Saturday prior to the meeting and the Friday night following the meeting.

King or Double Queen rooms are furnished with an armchair, desk with ergonomic chair, and flat screen HDTV. The bathroom has a full-size walk-in shower and marble vanity. Located on the 3rd through 6th Floors, the double queen rooms sleep up to four guests.

The Luskin has free wifi and exercise facilities.

The UCLA Guest House is a small hotel on the east side of campus, about a 13 minute walk from the Conference Center. Rooms cost $229 to $239 per night (no tax); wifi and continental buffet breakfast are included. We have 14 rooms reserved.

Dormitories

We have reserved 75 rooms in the UCLA Dormitories at the Sunset Village, a 10 minute walk from the Luskin Center. Rooms cost $175/night for single occupancy; $210/night for double occupancy (no tax). The dormitory rooms all have en suite bathrooms, and include wifi and free all-you-can-eat breakfast at the student cafeteria. You can learn more about the rooms at this link. Recreation facilities (tennis, swimming, etc.) are freely available at the nearby Sunset Canyon Recreation Center.

IMPORTANT: To book a double-room, you MUST identify a roommate and provide contact information at the time of booking. (Upon check-in, both you and the roommate will be issued access cards to the dormitory and the cafeteria.) If you book a single-room, you cannot add a roommate at a later date. We have reserved 25 rooms for Saturday before the meeting and for checking out on Saturday following the meeting; these rooms must be booked in the same manner as during the conference (i.e., single-occupancy or double-occupancy, even if only one roomate is staying for a “shoulder night”).

For those who will arrive at the dormitories by Uber/Lyft/taxi, you can get dropped off at 350 De Neve Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90024. Front desk can be reached at 310-825-2075.

We no longer accept any changes to your dorm reservations. Thank you.
